Water Sports/Fishing – the 7 km long Lac de St Cassien, 17 kms from Seillans, is a beautiful setting to hire a pedaloe, canoe, wind surfer or to fish for carp and pike. Afterwards it is a great place for a swim or a picnic.

Hang Gliding and Paragliding – the Var is a popular region for hang gliding and paragliding due to the climate and the multitude of hills and mountains. Two locations near to Seillans are:
-At Gourdon, near Grasse, 45 kms from Seillans.

-Azur Vol Libre, Bar-sur-Loup, near Grasse, 41 kms from Seillans

Rafting/Hiking – the impressive Gorges Du Verdon, are approximately 60 kms from Seillans, and present the opportunity to participate in rafting, climbing and hiking.

Beaches – less than an hour by car there are public beaches at Cannes, Antibes, St Raphael, Frejus and Nice.

Skiing - Two major ski resorts, Isola 2000 and Auron, are approximately a two-hour drive from Seillans
